Problematic In-Stock Tracking at Best Buy

Trying to track an item at Best Buy and the current options are "Unavailable Nearby" and "Notify Me."
Depending on location and open box stock levels, the "Unavailable Nearby" button may change to "Shop Open Box" in my experience.
I'm trying to track this item and changedetection claims it is in stock, even when it is unavailable.

hmm yeah, it doesnt say something obvious like "sold out"

it does say the following tho

Open-Box Only
New conditions of this item are unavailable, but we do have open-box conditions in your area.

so is this in stock, or not? :)

So to solve this one, it needs Unavailable Nearby added atleast anyway right?
