allow subpath configuration #390
Description
It would be great if ratel supported sub paths. For example, we'd like to serve ratel from mydomain.com/ratel rather than dedicating a subdomain to it.
Could be done via dgraph-ratel -subPath /ratel or something like -baseUrl https://mydomain.com/ratel
