TimeHelper:
nice/niceDate/niceDateMarkup and others:
rename to date()/dateTime() etc directly

Ideas:

  • Extract Token and LoginLink to own plugin? Tokens

Also:

  • remove deprecated localDate() etc
  • move static methods like daysAsSql() out of Date(Time) VOs into own utility classes
