how do i run a task in all workspaces? would assume it's under 'using workspace tasks' but that only mentions built-ins (test, lint, fmt). how about 'start'?

Doing deno task should run that task in all workspace members as long as it's not defined in the root workspace

but, we don't have the ability to run task in all members, but not the root yet: denoland/deno#29375 (edited)
