You can currently browse https://dl.deno.land and use https://dl.deno.land/release-latest.txt and https://dl.deno.land/canary-latest.txt to get the latest stable and canary versions of Deno. Now with LTS releases it would be helpful if there were also a https://dl.deno.land/lts-latest.txt file to fetch the latest LTS release.

Edit: https://dl.deno.land also seems to be missing information about the Linux aarch64 build.
