Describe the bug

If you have a link to the note itself and rename the note, the link doesn't update.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create a note called NOTE
  2. type [[NOTE]] into the content
  3. rename the note via Dendron: Rename Note to OTHER
  4. now you have a Note named OTHER with a link to the missing note NOTE

Expected behavior

I expect that it will be renamed too.
