Images Not Displaying in Note References

Hello,

I have a note reference that contains images but they don't display in the reference. All I see is the following icon.

If it matters, the image in the original note is created by doing

Is something wrong with my file path specification? How can I get the image to show up in the note reference? (it displays fine in the original note).
