NotionExportV2 pod flattens the hierarchy (all pages are exported as being at the same level)

My NotionExportV2 pod flattens the hierarchy: all my pages, even those deep in the hierarchy, appear at the same level (i.e. as direct children of the Notion parent page), no matter which export scope I choose (hierarchy, vault, etc.)

I followed the NotionExportV2 documentation page instructions (https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/cYOPq6mbS7lqeSdCVgjlU/).

I'm writing this as a discussion because I want to make sure I'm doing everything right before filing a bug.
