Add citation info

What is/are the canonical citation(s)? A citation.bib should be added to, e.g., the cmn/zhs/ subdirectory, and also to the main directory if there is one about the hierarchical grammar approach.

Then the cmn/zhs/METADATA file should be updated with this info, and the canonical citation should be selected on the wiki (I just added a few citations from Sanghoun's website; add more if available).

And after updating the METADATA file, perhaps regenerate the table for the grammar catalogue, which currently doesn't have any entry for Zhong (just ManGO)

Ok I selected the GEAF publication as the primary one in ZhongTop. The following still needs to be done to close this ticket:

• Add citation.bib to Zhong repo (top-level or under cmn/zhs/, as appropriate)
• Update METADATA
• Add grammar catalogue entry (or entries, for the other Zhong grammars like yue and zht)
