I have reserved the Institute of Astronomy's "Gardener's Cottage", which has two single rooms at £36/night and two twin rooms at £60/night. It is a few minutes' walk from the venue. Please contact me ([email protected]) if you are interested. Priority will be given to those on tighter budgets.
It's about a 25-minute walk from the summit venue to the centre of town. There is a limited bus network, with bus routes U(niversal) and Citi4 stopping near the venue. Several places rent bikes.
