A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Basis texture compression corrupt pixel art.
I use basis normal. rgb and rgba. And default best rgba
It is interesting that rbg corrupt more then rgba
I use part of charactere texture 8x8 to make it bigger in screen.
But i have same artifacts on face with 128x128 full texture

I am not sure is it possible to not corrupt textures. But mb there is something wrong with process or mb can be some improvements.
