Secrets manager is somewhat pricey. I think it might be fine to store the weather api key in a ssm parameter store secure string.

Take a look into what we need to do to replace secrets manager with a ssm parameter store secure string using the Lambda extension in the src/functions/check-current-weather.ts file.
