Migrate to Marvel App

Because it's looking like we'll not be able to get the PHP up and running come next Wednesday, we need to focus our energy on creating a detailed marvel application. We might need to neglect adding functionality RE: the front page ranked article system due to limitations but you get the concept.

As the mockups were made in photoshop this should be reasonably easy to port over so we can focus on adding as many variant states as possible.

To do's before Week 13:

• Merge to Marvel app protoype
• Implement basic feature (eg. different users/admin accounts)
• Have design protoyping done/ feedback used to fix protoype

To do before 28/10:

• Promotional Material (website, video, etc)
• Documentation (1000 words)
