There might be situations where videos aren't available for headlines news or the video may not really work well with the whole live commenting thing. For example if its a 30 second video of a news anchor just telling me a headline with a picture accompanied well it doesn't really matter at what point the comment comes in. Try and think of a way you can include reactions that are a bit more dynamic and dont depend on there being a video feed like the new facebook like system but better
