not matching Y axis mins

I have two Y axis. The 0 lines are not matching. Can someone tell me why that is? I have no value lower than 0 for those graphs on the right Y axis. And is there a way to force them to the same level without loosing the possibility to freely scale them?

I'm not quite sure, but try entering this for each y-axis:
yaxis:
minallowed: 0
yaxis2:
minallowed: 0
