This framework also currently doesn't work on Godot 4.x it's being worked on, but if you don't have an autoloads tab, it probably won't do what you want. You're welcome to try my fork to see where progress is or submit some PRs!
Godot 3.5.3 is the version this framework works best on right now in my testing, Godot's website. Version 3.6 should also work, but they changed a few things around so you'd have to do some troubleshooting.

In the first step, the tutorial directs me to find "Autoload" in Project Settings. Where is that?
