The codebase currently reaches very deeply into Reagent's implementation. There are some audacious hacks - the kind that might bring a mischievous grin to your face, but, equally, a tear to your mother's eye.

Once our needs have stabilised, we need to submit a PR to Reagent which exposes the details we need via an official API.
