Feature Request: Support Stream Use

So far, I really like flawfinder. One of its limitations though is that it's somewhat difficult to integrate with linting plugins due to a lack of stream support, especially used when parsing buffers instead of saved files. The most common ways I've seen this done is either by accepting stream input or with a special "--stdin" flag.
