Improperly tagged name #79
Comments
I forgot to mention in the first report—the tagger should also interpret "JOHN" as the middle name, for the same reason. |

I called probablepeople.tag("ALLIN JOHN FRAWLEY") and it returned the following:
probablepeople.RepeatedLabelError:
ERROR: Unable to tag this string because more than one area of the string has the same label
ORIGINAL STRING: ALLIN JOHN FRAWLEY
PARSED TOKENS: [('ALLIN', 'Surname'), ('JOHN', 'GivenName'), ('FRAWLEY', 'Surname')]
UNCERTAIN LABEL: Surname
Ideally it should be interpreting "ALLIN" as a given name because of its position and the fact that "Allin" is an alternative of "Allen".
