Specify ensuring removal of filter at the start of reconciliation episode #322

How could the content be improved?
At the end of the filters episode the filter is still in place, the start of the reconciliation episode works on all of the data so there should be a reminder at the top of the episode to remind people to ensure any filters should be removed before proceeding
