appsetttings is fragile #10

I didn't know what the initial opendialog i saw was for. So I just picked a file.

Of course that caused crashes when I tried to log in.

I didn't know where you were persisting config, so I just blindly deleted appsetttings.json. That caused a crash on startup.

So two issues:

the config stuff is fragile
Make the initial open dialog be more clear about what I'm supposed to pick (some bitwarden dll?)
