No lua script and/ or option in latest darktable nightly build included

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Describe the bug

Hi all ... with the latest nightly build of Darktable 5.5.0+522~g1477501d9d for MacOS silicon , there is no Lua Script manager and not even a Lua option in preferences available !!!
In the config folder is no lua folder installed .
In the darktablerc .... file is no line of script_manager visible

Hope this explains the issue

@wpferguson - Yes, because the Lua version in the brew packages has been updated to 5.5. What should we do, build with in-tree lua for macOS?

I looked at the 5.5 breaking changes and there is one that concerns me, making the iterator in a for read only. There may also be some conflicts in the embedded part. So I don't think changing the test to >= 5.4 is a good idea.

I'd say that for MacOS we turn on the internal Lua, unless there's a way to force homebrew to use 5.4.

I'll try to pin homebrew's Lua to 5.4... It seems to be supported.
