Prompts panel: Activating "Create Prompt" button appears to do nothing

When activating the "Create Prompt" button using a keyboard with screen reader, no feedback is given and there is no indication of a change.

Recommended Action

Move keyboard focus to the Prompt Name field when button is activated, or use aria-live to announce the change in content. When this button is inactive, give it a disabled attribute and/or aria-disabled="true".
