Traditional Chinese gets Simplified Chinese

What happened?

Selecting Traditional Chinese doesn't change the UI language to Traditional Chinese, it's still Simplified Chinese.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set browser language to Traditional Chinese
2. Try logging in to LibreChat
3. Getting Simplified Chinese even if manually set to Traditional Chinese
   (Same problem on both Firefox / Chrome)

Change it from settings, accessible from clicking your name/username in the bottom left.

That doesn't change the language to Traditional Chinese...

There's one more thing, default language is still "zh-TW", not "zh-Hant" when logging in, and it fallbacks to "zh".

I tested it now and it will work. the issue was because we used zh and it was always going to zh. now I have changed it to zh-Hans and zh-Hant and use fallback to direct the right language code like zh-TW to zh-Hant
