Login Logs and Storage

I know that there are error logs by default and if the automated moderation system is on violations are logged. Is there anything logging user logins specifically, both attempted and successful, and if there isn't does anyone know of a way to enable that?

Also is there a way to keep track of when storage for logs is getting low/the logs need to be rotated?
My goal is to deploy this with Azure Container Apps in case that makes a difference in answering the second question.
