Unable to work with Webpack

The version which u have used , am unalbe to install in local system . Seems to be depreacticated

By the way, yes, it's depreacticated there's some packages that you need to update, e.g. mongodb and history.
For me works webpack works with the same version but I had to use this command export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider before running webpack command this instruccion
