problem with windows server 2019 IIS

hello, my problem I develop website using delphimvc with static files and api everything work fine authintication work perfect
my problem when I move my dll file to iis in windows server 2019 iis for no reason when I login it return my to login page
I track the dll and it give me the login ok but for no reason it finish the session at the time so when I check if the login ok the session data were gone
on other windows iis it work perfect except windows server 2019
is there any soluation

Have you checked the recommended process for setting up an ISAPI application. We have running Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 with no problems.
