currently, the acceleration of the x position of the character can be controlled, which makes it very hard to accurately position the character.
Should be like in any platformer. Once you stop pressing a button, the character should slowly stop and not move at all after a few moments.

Not yet really pleasing, but much better than before: a0e47f2
Before, the character's horizontal acceleration was in control, after this commit, the horizontal velocity is in control.
