Vaultwarden stack removed

I had Vaultwarden set up via portainer.
I was having issues wil another stack and while trying to sortI managed to delete Vaultwarden.

I still have access to all my passwords on the chrome extention and android app but the stack has been removed and I cannot access the domain.

Is there a way for me to re-add the stack?

As far as I am aware, all of my data is still in the /vw-data/ directory
