We need to allow users of the old API to switch to skaro as easy as possible. We should provide a way to automatically convert the old chaining API to the new array notation.

We won't be able to make "plugins" (dalek 0.0.x didn't have any) work with skaro. We can only hope that there aren't too many user modifications…
