Throw more meaningful error if Dalek specification file isn't available #6

If the source file of the Dalek specification isn't available (wrong path, typo in filename) the current error message states:

Warning: Uncaught, unspecified 'error' event. Use --force to continue.

There should be a more meaningful error message as for example:

Warning: Dalek source file could not be found.
