DAISY Pipeline Help should have links to issues and discussion

Expected Behavior

I wanted to find how to report an issue and get guidance on some things. Naturally, I went to help. To my surprise there was no link to the issue tracker or to the discussion list.

Actual Behavior

Nothing in help to issues or discussion.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch the DAISY Pipeline
Open Help
No issues or discussion links.

What about providing a choice in the help menu between:

• Quick Start Guide (currently this is where "Get help" brings you)
• Issue tracker
• Forum

Yes I think that can work, good idea
