Synchronisation Service for Type Catalogues via Field Hub

A specific synchronisation service in Field Hub could be used to distribute Type Catalogues that are used on multiple excavations (e.g. Atlante, Conspectus) to promote conformity.

• Each catalogue would have a maintainer / admin, who can edit the catalogue using the admin pw.
• Synchronisation would either be completely open (preferable) or using a different pw.
• Synchronisation would be a separate API endpoint (not CouchDB or PouchDB)
