Docker compose in 01-getting-started not working

could not reach the Concourse server called lite:

    Get http://127.0.0.1:8080/api/v1/info: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8080: connect: connection refused

is the targeted Concourse running? better go catch it lol

Well, it has been 2 years ago, so I can assume that now something might not work... Due to personal work load I have not plans to look at this in nearest future, Sorry
