phpdesktop with proprietary codecs

i we also added toolbar in fullscreen mode which is displayed when you go to top of screen.
btw. im using chrome 103 & chrome 112 since this is only version i could find that have codecs inscluded. and building cef /chromium latest version with codecs aint easy task.
