TTV is also using the ExternalIdentifier property of BallotStyles; add it there, too.

Versasim now supports ExternalIdentifiers on Office, CandidateContest, and BallotStyle elements. The latter two are actually being used in MarkIt and BallotMaker; there are other elements in the NIST-1500-100 standard that have ExternalIdentifier properties; a more complete implementation of Versasim would include those as well.

The original issue has been addressed, so I am closing this ticket.
