<p>
<a href="http://voyant-tools.org/">Voyant Tools</a> is a popular web-based workbench for
reading and analyzing texts. Read more about it <a href="http://voyant-tools.org/docs/#!/guide/about">here</a>. </p>
<p> Voyant allows you to upload your own datasets. You can use the
<code>contributions</code> spring to extract all the text by a particular writer
into a TEI Corpus and then explore it in Voyant. If you wanted to use Voyant to explore
the writings of Tristan Tzara, for example, you would do the following: </p>
<ol>
<li>Use the spring to extract the corpus and write it to your local computer.

<li> Go to <a href="http://voyant-tools.org/">Voyant Tools</a>. </li>
<li> In the <code>options</code> menu, change Input Format from Auto Detect to TEI
Corpus. </li>
<li> Click on the Upload button, navigate to /tmp, and select tzara.tei.xml. </li>
</ol>
<p> Your corpus should open in Voyant's main window. Explore! </p>
