Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often need to merge two different classes, such as "Team Player A" and "Team Player B," into one common class "Team Player" in my existing annotations. Currently, there is no option to do this easily, and it becomes frustrating when I have to manually re-annotate or edit large datasets.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a feature that allows merging two or more classes into a single class, so that existing annotations can be updated accordingly. For example, merging "Team Player A" and "Team Player B" into "Team Player" in the annotation tool, without needing to re-annotate each item manually.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered manually going through the annotations and relabeling each instance of "Team Player A" and "Team Player B," but this is too time-consuming and error-prone, especially with large datasets.
Additional context
This feature would be useful for cases where class definitions need to evolve, allowing for more flexibility when working with existing annotations.
