Change color of task bar if rejected job

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the review process, If one job is accepted and its state is set to completed, the stage bar changes to green in the project's main page. However, if the job is rejected, the color remains blue (validation). Not sure if it is related to #2550 (comment).

Would it be possible to change the color of the task bar to red if, at least, one job is rejected?
