Can't post while offline

Describe the bug: If a post is made while there is no connection to the server, the post will never succeed, and instead be lost.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Compose toot
2. Disconnect internet
3. Post toot (this may occur at roughly the same time as step 2)
4. Reconnect internet
5. Attempt to locate post

Expected behavior
Either:

1. The post would be queued up and sent as soon as internet is reconnected (eg. email)
2. The post would display a failure, and be represented to try again

Environment

• OS: Manjaro 5.8.11, XFCE4
• Version: 21.1.1 Mayu
• Your instance: freespeechextremist.com (Pleroma)

Additional context
It's possible that it was attempting to do this, and I botched it by refreshing (via ctrl+r). But I think I left it long enough that it should have made it through.
