Can launch with console but not with the .desktop file #1110

Describe the bug

When i click on the desktop icon, nothing happens, but if i launch the exact same command as the one mentioned in the desktop file, it works.

To Reproduce

Click on the desktop file.

Expected Behavior

The app is launched.

Environment

OS: Kubuntu 23.10
Version: 24.0.10
Your instance: not applicable
