Handle invalid user input on server

While the UI performs some validation it is still possible to bypass it and create execution for non-existing PDB records or chains. This may not only consume space, but may also prevent computation after the PDB structure is released. Solutions:

• Reject such as they are created (Handling of invalid tasks #75)
• Remove failed tasks automatically after some time
