Describe the bug
The lat and long attributes in request logs are reversed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send request that will be caught by the system
  2. Go to Events Log or look at the logs directly
  3. Find the log matching your request
  4. Request -> proxy attribute -> lat attribute / long attribute

A request I got in Events Log is marked with geo-city:ashburn tag has long 39.0469 and lat -77.4903 - But Ashburn is located at lat 39.043758 and long -77.487442 which is reversed from what we currently have
