Improve rendering of the reduced column in the TreeDataGrid

Description of the bug or enhancement

1. Add treeDataGrid to some screen, e.g.:

<treeDataGrid id="treeDataGrid1" height="300px" width="500px" dataContainer="groupsDc" hierarchyColumn="name" hierarchyProperty="parent" settingsEnabled="false">
            <columns>
                <column id="name" property="name"/>
                <column id="version" property="version"/>
            </columns>
</treeDataGrid>

2. Run the app and try to reduce the width of the column Name column
