Enhancement: Ability to split window vertically / horizontally to view more tabs at the same time and reorganize them

It would be great to be able to dynamically split the window vertically or horizontally to visualize multiple tabs at the same time.

It would be also really nice to be able to display the tab on the bottom (console, keyboard etc) amongst the tab in the upper window to free up vertical screen real estate and still be able to visualize console and csd files at the same time (this second fr would be kind of a consequence of the first one).

As per request by @kunstmusik , based on the conversation started on Discord, I'm opening this issue as a reminder for future developments on the web ide.
