Fix markdown lint on docs/ #2688

To be able to merge the new doc in secure-contracts today, I ended up disabling the markdown lint on the doc folder

                     rm -rf docs/src/

This should be only a temporary solution

None of the warnings were significant, but it will take a bit of time to fix them all
