Add-on localization

Please remove our Czech add-on localization EXE file. Not that much for copyright reasons but rather because of its frequent updates. Older versions of this localization are usually not compatible with the latest versions of Fusion so it may be confusing for users (as nobody will maintain it here). The latest versions of this add-on are available for free through https://fusioncesky.cz
