fix: starting services with docker compose

• Add minimum startable .env.sample for CREDEBL
  • Platform
  • A̶g̶e̶n̶t̶ (Create a separate Issue on Credo controller)
  • Studio
• Docker compose up make it working with the docker-compose up file
• ̶(̶l̶o̶c̶a̶l̶l̶y̶)̶L̶o̶o̶k̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶w̶a̶y̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶r̶e̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶n̶o̶d̶e̶-̶m̶o̶d̶u̶l̶e̶s̶,̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶d̶o̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶n̶p̶m̶ ̶i̶n̶s̶t̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶r̶o̶o̶t̶,̶ ̶i̶n̶i̶t̶i̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶t̶t̶a̶c̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶t̶a̶i̶n̶e̶r̶s̶ (@KambleSahil3 has worked and will be creating a PR for this soon)
