Add ability to lazy eager-load element queries by default

I am discontinuing Blitz Hints in version 5.10.0, as it has become less accurate due to changes introduced throughout Craft 5 releases, resulting in both false negatives and false positives that are difficult to catch. Something I was hoping to add in its place is the ability to lazy eager-load element queries by default. This, however, is not possible with the currently available events.

Adding the ability to lazy eager-load element queries by default in Craft would mean that there is one less thing for developers to have to think about when writing their queries. Even better might be to have this enabled by default in Craft 6.

This would make #16906 redundant.

Absolutely agree.
From my experience, in most cases I have to use pre-fetched (eager-loaded) queries instead of using DB queries.
