Plugin Failing to load

After installing the plugin I opened up OBS and for some reason its telling me that the plugin failed to load and to update or remove the plugin.

Operating system and version: Im on windows 11 64bit
OBS Studio version: OBS Studio 29.1.3

I should see the OBS midi tab under the tools bar but it is not showing up

When i boot up obs it tells me that the plugin did not load and needs to be either updated or removed. When i look in the tools tab as well it does not show up

I believe the problem is that this plugin hasn't been updated to work with OBS v29.

And it doesn't look good for this to happen either. It's been a year since any activity on it.
